TERMS + CONDITIONS

Thank you for booking a session with Tiffany-Joy Photography.  Here are a few things to know.
PLEASE READ EACH OF THEM PRIOR TO PAYING YOUR DEPOSIT

  1. Your deposit holds your DATE + TIME SLOT as scheduled. 
  2. All deposits are non-refundable. Your deposit may be transferred if your session date needs to be rescheduled.  Deposits are ONLY transferrable if you book another date and time when cancelling your original session. 
  3. If you cancel a session and do NOT rebook at the time of cancellation, your deposit will not be able to be applied to your next session and a new deposit will be required.  
  4. Reschedules and Cancellations must be done within 72 hours of your original session date without penalty.  Otherwise, there will be a $50 reschedule fee applied to your balance. 
  5. All balances must be paid 72 hours prior to your session.  
  6. If a client is 15-24 minutes late, there will be a $75 late fee. 
  7. If a client is more than 25 minutes late, your session will be forfeited and full payment will be expected.  
  8. The copyright of photographs remains with the photographer. Selling, Publication or any Commercial use of the photographs is not allowed without prior written permission from the Photographer. 
  9. The quantity of photographs taken at the session can vary greatly and that photography by nature is an art, subject to the creativity of the photographer and her personal artistic style.  The photographer has the right to exercise her creativity in the interest of creating the best images possible. Refunds are not available due to differences in artistic preferences of the final images.
  10. IF the client is still unhappy with the images, a mini-session for reshoots can be purchased for a 15 minute time slot for $150.
  11. The Photographer shall not be responsible for photographs not taken as a result of the Client’s failure to provide reasonable assistance or cooperation.

SESSIONS + FEES 2021

Mini-Session $225
These sessions are designated and not offered regularly.  
Photoshoot at location of photographers choice 
Includes 5 images of the photographers choice with limited print release. 

Artisan Session  $275
Photoshoot at location of your choice. Approximately 35 minutes. 
Includes the Artisan Gallery: 8 digital images of the photographers choice with limited print release.

Client  Session $350
Photoshoot at location of your choice. Approximately 45 minutes.
Includes Client Gallery: 20 digital images of the client’s choice with limited print release.

Elite Session $425
Photoshoot at location of your choice. Approximately 60 minutes. 
Includes Full Gallery: all (40+) Digital images with unlimited print release. 

Newborn Session $450 
Up to 2.5 hour lifestyle photo session in your home. Includes newborn photos and photos with parents and siblings. (40+) digital images with unlimited print release. 

Senior Sessions  $425 
1.5 – 2 hours of shooting 
Location of your choice
2 outfits + Cap and Gown 
Up to 50 Images Edited and Hi Res with Print Release
